We are an architectural design and consulting firm operating within a carefully curated selection of projects from concept and design to implementation.

Founded in 2018 in Athens, Greece, by architects Ioli Zavitsanou (Dipl. Arch. NTUA, DPEA ENSA Paris la Vilette) and Vagelis Zouglos (Dipl. Arch. NTUA), the practice is today involved in a wide range of diverse sectors including hospitality, residential and industrial projects, implemented on built or yet unbuilt environments.

Behind each space there is a story to tell. This very story drives every single project we are committed to work on. Each year we carefully choose those projects based on certain criteria provided by prospective clients. We engage in a limited number of commissions and intentionally keep our team small, thus being able to maintain control across all stages of the architectural process, preserve the quality of our delivered work and maximize our effort toward a truly intentional Architecture where our vision and values align to create meaningful impact for the user.

We believe in a simple and integrated Architecture, not just with respect, but paying tribute to the physical environment and the local materials of the land where it is being developed. We explore new ideas from an holistic and user-centric perspective, by constantly pushing aesthetic, technical and design boundaries in order to create spaces characterized both by simplicity and excellence; spaces to be part of, live in and enjoy.
