We are an architectural design and consulting firm operating within a number of selected projects from concept to design and implementation. Founded in 2018 in Athens, Greece, by architects Ioli Zavitsanou (Dipl. Arch. NTUA, DPEA ENSA Paris la Vilette) and Vagelis Zouglos (Dipl. Arch. NTUA), the practice is today involved in a wide range of diverse sectors including hospitality, residential and industrial projects, implemented on built or yet unbuilt environments.

Behind each space there is a story to tell. This very story drives every single project we are committed to work on. Each year we carefully choose those projects based on certain criteria provided by prospective clients. We try to keep our team small, thus being able to have control on all stages of the architectural process and preserve the quality of our delivered work.

We believe in a simple and integrated Architecture, not just with respect, but paying tribute to the physical environment and the local materials of the land where it is being developed. We explore new ideas from an holistic and user-centric perspective, by constantly pushing aesthetic, technical and design boundaries in order to create spaces characterized both by simplicity and excellence; spaces to be part of, live in and enjoy.
